| Each year, the Tri-Chamber Foundation offers scholarships to local high school students to attend Pennsylvania Free Enterprise Week (PFEW), a program that teaches students about the American free enterprise system and shows them what it takes to succeed in today's global marketplace through a hands-on learning process.
