The Tri-Chamber Foundation is comprised of members of the The Berwick Area Chamber of Commerce and The Columbia Montour Chamber of Commerce., as well as administrators of school districts in Columbia and Montour counties. The board meets quarterly to oversee the functions and tomake executive decisions about the organization.
